Vilnius, 11 June 2012: Members of the Belarusian election observation network "Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections", of the project elect.by and of the project "Election Observation Teory and Practice" together with European Exchange Berlin met on June 11th in Vilnius with Grigory Melkonjanc, vice director of the Russian association on election observation GOLOS in order to exchange experience and to discuss appropriate and effective means how to combine traditional methods of election observation with the use of the new social media. The workshop was hosted by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Vilnius.
