Berlin, 19th November 2010: On November 18-19 2010 the second Civil Society Forum of the Eastern Partnership was held in Berlin. The forum has brought together more than 200 representativces of civil society organisations of the six Eastern Partnership countries. The saying of civil society representatives in political negotiations between EU and EaP governmental structures should be gradually intensified, a permanent secretariate for the Civil Society Forum seems necessary, EU funding for Eastern Partnership civil society projects should increase siginificantly.
