Berlin, 27th August 2013: From September 19-25, 2013 eighteen EPDE election experts will observe the German Parliamentary elections and will attend a summer school on election observation techniques. Topics as mathematical-statistical analysis of election results, electoral legislation and election systems will be on the agenda of the summer school. Meetings with German election experts and election administration as well as the German Foreign Ministry will be held. The Summer School and Observation of the German Parliamentary elections will be organized by European Exchange (Germany).
