RUSSIAN NGO LAW "ON INTERNATIONAL AGENTS" IN FORCE
Moscow, 20 November 2012: The new law on "International Agents" came into force in Russia on November 20th 2012. Russian NGOs obtaining international financial support and being "politically active" are forced to register as "international agents". The law contradicts both the Russian constitution and international obligations of the Russian Federation. Hooligans already became active: Here Oleg Orlov before the building of Memorial in Moscow.
