Berlin, 18th September 2012: Aleh Hulak (Belarusian Helsinki Committee) and Vladimir Labkovich (Human Rights Centre Viasna) of the initiative "Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections" will present the outcomes of the domestic long term election observation of the Parliamentary elections on September 26th in the European Parliament and on September 27th in the German Bundestag. The presentation of the preliminary election observation report will be conducted in cooperation with the European Exchange and with the Faction Bündnis 90/Die Grünen (in the Bundestag Berlin) and the Belarus Delegation (in the European Parliament).
