Berlin, 17th March 2011: On Thursday, 17 March 2011, Aleh Hulak (Chairman of the Belarus Helsinki Committee), Uladzimir Labkovich (Human Rights Center “Viasna”) and Stefanie Schiffer (COE of the “European Exchange”), at the invitation of the European Parliament delegation for relations with Belarus, presented the findings in the independent monitoring report to the Delegation, chaired on that day by Elisabeth Schroedter and Werner Schulz, both of the Greens / EFA.
