Berlin, 7th May 2009: On the 6th of May 2010, European Exchange, together with the Representation of the European Commission in Germany and German-Russian Exchange, invited all those interested to a discussion on the role of the EU in Russian's modernisation and opportunites for cooperation between civil society actors.
