Berlin, 3rd March 2012: Lilia Shibanova, Director of the Association GOLOS reported on the first results of the independent long term election monitoring of the Presidential elections in Russia through GOLOS on 1st March 1st 2012 in Berlin. The meeting was held on the invitation of Dr. Andreas Schockenhoff, MP and coordinator for civil society relations with the Russian Federation.
