Brussels, 9th December 2011: On December 7th and 8th 2011 Maria Lipman from the Carnegie Centre Moscow and Arkadi Lubarev from GOLOS reported on the outcomes of the Russian Duma elections in Brussels. The meetings were held on the invitation of European Exchange, the Heinrich Böll Foundation and the EU - Russia Delegation at the European Parliament.

Currently GOLOS is preparing the final monitoring report of the Duma elections which is to be expected by end of January 2012.
