Berlin, 19th July 2011: Stefanie Schiffer, CEO of European Exchange, along with representatives of other organizations, has signed a statement calling for free and fair elections in Russia, and for a monitoring of the upcoming elections by independent domestic observation missions. The statement has been released in the context of the 2011 “Petersburg Dialogue“ (where this issue hasn’t been touched during the concluding session, with President Medvedev and Chancellor Merkel present).
