The European Exchange (EA) is seeking an expert or team of experts to conduct an evaluation of an international project with multiple international partners to determine the project’s effectiveness and whether it achieved its targets.

 

Tasks

• In consultation with EA develop an evaluation methodology;
• Conduct a needs assessment within the project’s network;
• Conduct telephone interviews with circa 25 interview partners from the project’s target countries;
• Draft an evaluation report.

 

Requirements

• Experience in working with NGOs;
• Experience in working in Eastern Europe;
• Methodological competencies and experience in conducting evaluations of project work;
• Language skills: high level of English and Russian a must, knowledge of other European languages beneficial but not required. 

 

The evaluation report must be delivered to EA by 30 December 2021.
