Stefanie Schiffer

Born 1965 in Heilbronn, Baden Wuerttemberg, studied Eastern European Studies and history in Tübingen and München.

From 1992 – 1995 work for the NGO “Deutsch-Russischer Austausch e.V.” in St.Petersburg (Russia) as a project manager and Director of the local office in St.Petersburg: Setting up of NGO support centres in Russian regions, organisation of international exchange programmes for Russian Third Sector professionals, human rights defenders, journalists.

From 1997- 2006 CEO of “Deutsch- Russischer Austausch e.V.” in Berlin.

Since 2006 CEO of the “European Exchange gGmbH".

Adam Busuleanu

Adam joined the team in 2008. He studied politics and journalism in Opole / Poland and Eastern European Studies in Berlin. During the studies he focused on alternative movements in socialist Poland and on election monitoring in post-soviet countries. Last years he worked on several civil society projects in Eastern and Central Europe.

Since 2004 he participated in several election observation missions to the countries of the former Soviet Union.

Currently working in projects supporting domestic election observervation in the European Exchange' target countries.

Karolina Plaetke

Born 1977 in Zielona Gora, Poland, studied business management at the University of Applied Sciences in Wildau.

Since 2008 bookkeeping at the “European Exchange gGmbH".

Johan Graßhoff

Born 1988 in Hamburg, Germany. Worked 2007 – 2008 as a Volunteer in the “Night Bus” at the organisation “Nochlezhka” (Night Shelter) in St. Petersburg. Earned 2011 a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and East European Studies in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2011 studying East European Studies at Free University in Berlin. Since April 2012 intern at “European Exchange gGmbH".

Lidiya Hutnyk

Born 1985 in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. Studied International Relations and Political Science in Rivne and Berlin. 2009 Internship in the European Parliament, office of Rebecca Harms, MEP, President of the Greens / EFA Group. 2009-2010 worked for Ms. Rebecca Harms on the project “Chernonbyl25-Expeditions”. 2010-2011 project coordinator of the “Chernonbyl25-Expeditions” in the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Berlin. Since 2012 project coordinator of the “Kiev Dialogue”, European Exchange gGmbH.
